Pikelot is an island in the Western Caroline Islands.

Pikelot is among the Outer Islands of Yap within Yap State, one of four states that comprise the Federated States of Micronesia.

Pikelot is a single coral island is situated at 8° 05' N, 147° 38' E, about 50 miles east of Piagailoe and 100 miles west-northwest of Polowat in the neighboring State of Chuuk. It is two and one half miles in length (NE-SW) and one and three quarters miles in width. It is low and covered with shrubs, and has a fringing reef but no lagoon. There are no permanent inhabitants, although nearby islanders occasionally come in search of resources.

Pikelot was discovered by the French explorer Louis-Isidore Duperrey in 1824.
