Abstract: here are small islands named Satsunan Islands included in Ooshima district of Kagoshima prefecture. Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) consist of many small islands and this natural environment is similar to Ooshima district. In this paper, I made a comparison of school educa- ton between Yap states of FSM and Kagoshima. Data of school education of Yap State was provided from Yap State Education Enterprising Department (SEED) where is the competent authorities of education of Yap states.

Conclusions: If thexe is not fluctuations of student's number of elementary school, 84.55 percent is the rate of proceeding to high school; Male mostly occupies teaching staff of outer island; Ooshuna district is necessary to establish a Campus such as COM-FSM.
