Abstract: Volume 6 (Yap State) of the Federated States of Micronesia Infrastructure Development Plan FY2016-FY2025.

A strategic document that outlines the development initiatives for Yap State from 2016 to 2025. It begins with an overview, discussing the challenges posed by climate change and the process through which the plan was developed. The plan emphasizes enhancing infrastructure through improved water management systems aimed at increasing public health and environmental conditions. There is a focus on education to enrich learning experiences, and improve retention rates, ensuring access to education at multiple levels. Additionally, the document highlights strategies to bolster private sector capacity, employment, living conditions, income generation, investment, and economic growth.
