Abstract: Final submission master plan and physical planning report for Yap (Yap District), prepared under the [TTPI]] Physical Planning Program. The report presents planning concepts, goals and objectives, and detailed recommendations for transportation, land use and development, and community facilities, with mapped plates and implementation guidance intended to shape long-range growth while remaining compatible with Yapese cultural values. Includes maps. At the core of the plan are sectoral strategies that address the full spectrum of land use and infrastructure. It outlines transportation systems, with attention to streets and walkways, and sets out coordinated policies for residential, commercial, hotel and resort, and industrial development. It also delineates directions for agriculture and conservation, signaling the need to protect natural resources while supporting livelihood and economic diversification.
