Abstract: This review provides an overview of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) policy response to the COVID-19 pandemic, outlining the timeline of key FSM government and donor actions, describing the implementation of mitigation programs, and providing a presentation of FSM’s economic experience during the COVID Period, Fiscal Years 2020-2022 and Post COVID FY 2023. Further, this review presents an in-depth assessment regarding four data areas where ADB has identified data gaps: migration, remittances, foreign direct investment (FDI), and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) information.
