Abstract: First memorial of Fr. Luis de Morales on behalf of the Mariana Island Mission, asking the King for regular annual Manila-Marianas communication, restrictions on exiles sent to the islands, better transport of supplies from New Spain, tribute exemptions for newly converted Chamorros, more soldiers and missionaries, church ornaments and bells, rewards for loyal assistants, municipal honors for Agana and other settlements, retention of Concepcion artillery, and confirmation of Esplana and Quiroga in Mariana offices.
