Abstract: This issue of TTPI Headquarters News highlights Guam’s post-typhoon recovery: repairs are underway at the TT Hotel and living quarters, with TT Administration personnel rehabilitating the Trust Territory compound. Temporary power has been provided by 60 kW generators flown in by DC-4, with wider electricity restoration expected by nightfall. The Director of the Office of Territories, Richard F. Taitano, arrived from Washington to inspect the damage and confer with Acting Governor Manuel Guerrero and other local officials.
