Abstract: A revised version of the Concerned Citizens Group advocacy flyer written in updated Yapese orthography (Waqab spelling), addressing community concerns regarding the ETG tourism development proposal in Yap State, Federated States of Micronesia; presents similar arguments to earlier versions concerning land lease risks, cultural preservation, and governance concerns related to agreements with the Exhibition and Travel Group led by Deng Hong; reflects adaptation of messaging for evolving language standards and broader accessibility among Yapese speakers. This version demonstrates the continued dissemination and refinement of opposition messaging across linguistic forms.
