Abstract: Fr. Felipe Maria Muscati answers Pimentel's request by summarizing census testimony: Spanish, Filipino, and negro men in Agaña did not reach 200; able-bodied native men in Agaña did not reach 500; and the districts of Agat, Umatac, Merizo, Inarajan, and Pago could not together provide 2,000 men able to bear arms.
