Abstract: Adresseses arithmetic and other technical errors, clarify certain elements, remove and adjust funding based on the President’s line-item vetoes for the fiscal year 2017 National Government Budget, increase funding for a specific line item, adjust totals, and appoint a new allottee for the disbursement of funds.. The amendments involve appropriating funds from the General Fund for the operations of all branches of the National Government, its agencies, various programs, grants, subsidies, and contributions, as well as for capital and human resources development. Several sections of the law and associated financial figures are revised, such as the appropriated sums for the operations of different departments.
