Abstract: Royal decree to Governor Domingo de Zabalburu of the Philippines concerning the expected report on the salvage of artillery from the 1638 Concepción galleon wreck in the Mariana Islands. The decree notes that much of the cannon was believed to lie on the sand bars of Saipan and Tinian and that the Viceroy of New Spain would also be notified to support the effort.
