Abstract: Compact Negotiations are finished and the US and FSM have initialed a funding agreement to last the next twenty years. The establishment of a trust fund will provide a source of income even after the twenty year period. This article provides a forecast of FSM's economic future for the next twenty years and beyond. How will new funding levels effect jobs, emigration, populations and social services?
