Abstract: Official government news release documenting the conclusion of the Fourth Meeting of the Chief Executive Council (CEC) of the Federated States of Micronesia, formally concluded in Kosrae on 19 February 2026. Chaired by President Wesley W. Simina and attended by the Governors of Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei, and Kosrae, the meeting addressed priority national matters including economic development, infrastructure implementation, health and education policy, climate resilience, fiscal coordination, Compact-related matters, the FSM Census, operationalization of the National Seabed Resources Authority (NSRA), and preparations for the FSM Games.
