Abstract: This review provides an assessment of the Republic of Palau’s policy response to the COVID-19 pandemic, outlining the timeline of key government and donor actions, evaluating the implementation of mitigation programs, and providing a presentation of Palau’s economic experience during the COVID period, Fiscal Years (FY) 2020-2022, and post-COVID FY 2023. Further, this review presents an in-depth assessment regarding four data areas where ADB has identified data gaps: migration, remittances, foreign direct investment (FDI), and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) information .
