Abstract: Royal decree thanking earlier officials for efforts to salvage bronze cannon from the 1638 wreck of the Nuestra Señora de la Concepción in the Mariana Islands. The king orders the Governor of the Philippines to encourage recovery of the remaining cannon pieces.
