Abstract: This review provides an assessment of the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI) policy response to the COVID pandemic, outlining the timeline of key RMI government and donor actions, evaluating the implementation of mitigation programs, and providing a presentation of RMI’s economic experience during the COVID Period, Fiscal Years (FY) 2020-2022 and Post-COVID FY 2023. Further, this review presents an in-depth assessment regarding four data areas where ADB has identified data gaps: migration, remittances, foreign direct investment (FDI), and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) information.
