Abstract: Continuation of Governor Francisco de Sande’s relation on the Philippines. He describes campaigns against resistant villages, tribute arrangements, and efforts to expand Spanish influence beyond Manila. The account notes encounters with Moros and reports on expeditions to neighboring islands. Sande underscores the shortage of ships, soldiers, and supplies, while pressing for more friars to advance Christian conversion. He presents the colony as both precarious and promising, dependent on consistent royal support to secure its position in Asia.
