Abstract: Copy of the approved 1700 subsidy budget for the Mariana Islands, allocating funds for fifteen Jesuit religious, maintenance of boys’ and girls’ seminaries, wine, oil, wax, nine sanctuaries, the interim governor, the sergeant-major, and sixty soldiers of the Mariana garrison. Levesque also adds a summary of subsidy amounts for 1701-1709, including later funds for exploration of the Carolines.
