Abstract: This issue of TTPI Headquarters News (Vol. 12, No. 3) welcomes several new HQ employees, including clerk-typist Elphidia Cacho of Saipan, assigned to the Typing Pool and residing in downtown Chalan Kanoa, and Masuo Kyota of Palau, an accounting clerk who attended the College of Guam and previously worked at the Singer Sewing Center in Guam. It also promotes buying Christmas Seals at the Personnel Office to help fight tuberculosis and urges the community to support a teen-led project, with additional notes calling for a new movie schedule and encouraging help for the Tall Club.
