Abstract: This document is a research article focused on Guam, covering the time period of recent years. It examines the demographics and entrepreneurial landscape of Guam, specifically identifying individuals referred to as "startuppers" within the context of sustainable development in a small island economy. The work discusses various taxa and ecological systems relevant to the region, as well as the legal frameworks that govern entrepreneurship and economic activities in Guam. The article employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative demographic data with qualitative insights from local entrepreneurs. The structural focus includes an analysis of the socio-economic factors influencing entrepreneurship, the challenges faced by startuppers, and the potential for sustainable business practices in the context of Guam's unique environmental and cultural landscape.
