Abstract: Juan Martin describes a 1700 boat drift from Guam toward a group of twenty-eight small islands, identified in Levesque’s heading as via Ulithi, including observations of coconut and breadfruit trees, local canoes, body painting, and the islands’ relation to the Marianas and the Philippines.
